  • Where will my driver be when I arrive on the airport?

    When Your plane lands, first You will wait for Your luggage, and then You will proceed to the exit. Once Your are out of the airport, You will see Your driver holding the sign with Your name on it. The driver knows where to stand so You can easily see him.
    Both airports in Montenegro, as well as the one in Dubrovnik (CRO) are small airports with one main exit, so You don’t have to worry about finding Your driver.

  • What if I get lost on the airport or can’t find my driver?

    In case that You get lost on the airport or can’t find Your driver or the agency representative who is waiting for You please contact us on one of the agency phone numbers.

  • Are there any additional fees?

    All the prices on our website are final, and there are no additional fees!

  • Am I going to share my vehicle with anyone else?

    No. All transfers are individual, booked only for You.

  • My driver is late, what should I do?

    This is a very rare situation, but if it does happen, please wait for Your driver. He will surely inform You about the time of his arrival via SMS, You will recive his message as soon as You land and turn Your phone on. This may happen in July/August, during the peak of the season, in case there is a trafic jam on the road to the airport. But as we have said, it is a very rare situation.

  • What will happen if my flight is late?

    If Your flight is late, don’t worry, the driver will wait for You, without any additional fees! All flights are monitored in case that there are any delays, so we can ensure that Your driver will wait at the right time. However, if You have become aware that Your flight is going to be late, You can send us an SMS to the number that You have gotten during the reservation.

  • Will You drive me right to my accomodation?

    We will drive You to the exact address that You have sent us while You were making the reservation.

  • Additional luggage?

    If You have a lot of additional luggage, please note that while You are making a reservation, so that we can give You the vehicle most suited for Your transfer. We will consider Your request and assign the best suited vehicle, or offer You an upgrade to a bigger vehicle if it is needed.

  • Can You provide us with a baby seat?

    Yes we can offer You baby seats. Please enlist how many baby seats are requiered during Your reservation. There is no additional fee for this service, it is included in the transfer price.

  • The size of my group has changed, can I choose a different vehicle?

    Yes, of course. Please inform us as soon as it is possible, in order to confirm the availability of the best suited vehicle. There is a possibility of an additional fee if the bigger vehicle is required.
